ZappHobbyTerms of Service
1. Using ZappHobby
ZappHobby helps you catalog, grade, price, show and sell collectibles, and grow your audience. You must be 18 or older (or have a parent or guardian agree for you) and give accurate account information. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
2. Plans, tools and payments
Some tools are free; others come with a plan (Holo, Gold, Grail), a scan pack or an add-on. Prices and allowances are shown before you buy. Subscriptions renew until you cancel. If you bought through the App Store or Google Play, they handle billing and refunds under their rules; if you bought on our website, manage or cancel anytime under Manage billing. Allowances reset each period and unused allowance does not carry over, except scan packs, which never expire. We never charge past an allowance without your OK.
3. AI results are estimates
The AI Grader, Fake Check, Price Check and DJ give automated opinions from your photos and public data. They are not certified grades, authentication or appraisals, and can be wrong. Do not rely on them alone for buying, selling, insurance or legal decisions. You decide what to buy, sell, list or say.
4. Your content
You own your photos, videos, listings, posts and other content. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to run the tools you use. You promise you have the right to everything you upload, including people’s likenesses and music.
5. Selling and other services
Sales you make — at shows, on your site, on eBay or elsewhere — are between you and your buyer. You are responsible for describing items honestly, shipping, returns, sales tax and income tax. Connected services have their own terms, which you agree to when you connect them.
6. Things you can’t do
- Sell counterfeit, stolen or illegal items, or misrepresent condition or authenticity.
- Use ZappHobby to harass, spam or mislead anyone, or to break any law.
- Upload malware, scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
- Use someone else’s account or payment details.
7. E-signatures
When you send or sign a document through ZappHobby, you agree that electronic signatures are binding. We keep an audit trail. We are not a party to your agreements and do not give legal advice.
8. Ending
You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. Paid time already used is not refunded except where the law or the app store requires it.
9. No warranty · limits
ZappHobby is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; we’ll tell you in the app before big changes take effect. Arizona law governs these terms.
