Delete your account

How to delete your ZappHobby account and the data that goes with it.

In the app (fastest)

• Open ZappHobby and tap your initial (top right) to open the account menu.
• Tap Delete account.
• Type DELETE to confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

By email

Email support@bizzycube.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm and delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in and profile
• Your collection, photos, Library files and recordings
• Contacts, notes, listings drafts, books and settings
• Your shop address and team access

What we keep, and for how long

Payment and tax records we’re required by law to keep (typically up to 7 years). Anything you already published publicly (for example listings live on eBay) stays on that service until you remove it there.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription — cancel it in your phone’s subscription settings so it stops renewing.
